SANFORD, Fla. — A 17-year-old girl reported missing in Sanford has been found safe, police said.

9:30 p.m. update:

Sandford police confirmed Sunday night that Savannah Maddox, a teen reported missing, has been fond safe.

No other details were released.

Police in Sanford are looking for a teen girl considered missing and endangered.

Officers said 17-year-old Savannah Maddox was last seen Sunday morning.

Police said Maddox is considered to be endangered due to a mental health diagnosis.

Maddox has short brown hair and is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs around 115 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, jean shorts and pink Crocs.
