SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — Police in Lake Mary are searching for several people after reports of a shooting in the parking lot of a hotel early Friday morning.
Here’s what we know:
- The shootout happened around 5:30 a.m. in the parking lot of a La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham in the 1000 block of Greenwood Boulevard.
- Two groups of people were firing at each other, according to police.
- Police said several cars were struck by bullets.
- Officials have not located a shooter or victim.
- The scene remains active as the investigation continues.
