WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. — A man and woman were shot after a fight inside of a Winter Springs home early Christmas morning, police said.

Officers said the shooting occurred at around 2:30 a.m. after a domestic disturbance on North Fairfax Avenue.
Police said that when they arrived at the home, two men were fighting.
Investigators said Nicholas Tucker allegedly drove to the home to start an altercation and shot a man in the neck and a woman in the torso.

Both shooting victims were transported to Central Florida Regional Hospital in Sanford.
Police said the man was treated and released but the woman remains in critical condition at the hospital.

Officers arrested Tucker and said they are not looking for any other suspects.
Tucker is charged with two counts of attempted homicide and one count of burglary and battery.
