SANFORD, Fla. — Seminole County deputies confirmed Wednesday that the body found in Sanford on Tuesday afternoon was that of missing woman Tiffany Church.
Tuesday’s scene was roughly 5 miles from where deputies said they found the body of her boyfriend, 26-year-old Trodarius Rainey, at Lake Jesup Park on Saturday.

Deputies said they are now looking into possible persons of interest in the case. Sheriff Dennis Lemma said it’s likely the person or people responsible for the couple’s deaths knew them in some way.

Investigators said Rainey and Church were last seen last Wednesday and they disappeared under suspicious circumstance.
Deputies said Church’s body was found near 25th Street and Sanford Avenue on Tuesday.
Lemma said there is a $5,000 reward for tips in the case. Anyone with information is urged to call Crimeline.
