SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — A Seminole County man’s luck recently landed him a hefty prize in the Florida Lottery’s Mega Millions game.

Nikolai Whiters, 49, of Altamonte Springs, matched all five white ball numbers in the game’s January 10 drawing.
They included: 7, 13, 14, 15, and 18.

Lottery officials said while Whiters didn’t match the Mega Ball number, his Quick Pick ticket included the Megaplier option.
That decision led to a $3 million payout.
Whiters bought his ticket at Circle K located at 320 West State Road 434 in Altamonte Springs.

According to lottery officials, the store will receive a $5,000 commission for selling the winning ticket.
