Seminole County district plans $24 million school replacement

Seminole County Public Schools will soon build a $24 million replacement of Lake Mary Elementary School.

The district is seeking a construction manager at risk for the project, to be built at 132 S. Country Club Road in Lake Mary. The school has more than 927 students, according to the most recent data from the National Center for Education Statistics.
