The growth of Orlando’s outer edges continues, as ZIP codes in St. Cloud, Clermont and Groveland are among the fastest-growing areas.

Several Central Florida ZIP codes have had population grow over 30% from 2019 to 2023. That’s according to an analysis of the newest American Community Survey data released Dec. 12.

While the trend largely mirrors previous releases, this is the highest five-year growth downtown Orlando has seen in years.
