ORLANDO, Fla. — Jaleo Disney Springs will feature its Gin & Tonic Festival to celebrate Spain’s national cocktail month from April 17 to April 30.

From lavender and elderflower to lemon and thyme, guests will be able to experience Gin & Tonic from a variety of flavors.
The festival will also feature a fan-favorite tapas menu, including Croquetas de Pollo and Patatas Bravas.
Other options on the menu include fried eggplant, fried cod, and toasted slices of crispy bread served with Manchego cheese.

There won’t be time for a siesta as this menu hopes to take the Gin & Tonic experience to the next level.
