Rooftop sports bar to open on I-Drive wants to add beer garden, more

A rooftop sports bar set to open soon on International Drive may add more space for a beer garden, a raised stage area and more.

Tom’s Watch Bar, the high-end sports bar concept from Smashburger founder Tom Ryan, signed a lease for the top-floor restaurant space at Hollywood Plaza Parking Garage on International Drive in March 2022. Buildout of the space has been ongoing in the two years since, with the Tom’s Watch Bar website indicating the location will open this month.

Now it appears even more may be in store for the anticipated sports bar concept atop the nine-story garage.
