WINTER PARK, Fla. — Rollins College is back on top of a new list of the best colleges in the south.
It is the ninth consecutive year Rollins has earned the top spot.
However, this time the Winter Park College tied with Elon University in North Carolina.
US News and World Report ranked Rollins as the number one college among 128 regional universities in the south.
