Rollins College changes plans for Innovation Triangle

Rollins College has enlarged upon its plans for its proposed Innovation Triangle buildings.

The Winter Park-based private college is seeking a final conditional-use permit on April 26 for a new 31,791-square-foot Rollins Art Museum and a new 47,138-square-foot Crummer Graduate School of Business building on 2.37 acres at 200 E. New England Ave. and 203 E. Lyman Ave.

The two buildings are part of the “Innovation Triangle,” along with the 71-room expansion of the on-campus Alfond Inn that is expected to be finished this year.
