ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — People living in an Orange County apartment complex said they have to avoid turning on their running water because of its pungent smell.
Residents say the Clarcona Groves apartment complex, which is near the intersection of Clarcona Ocoee and Pine Hills roads, the complex has failed to handle the rotten situation.

Water bottles and jugs fill apartments in the complex because neighbors are scared to use the water. The scent of it makes you want to gag and residents said they feel like they’re at risk because they don’t know what’s causing it.
For nearly a month now, resident Luseth Bailey said she’s avoided turning the water on at all costs.

“It gives off this rotting smell, you know. It’s really bad,” resident Jeff Jean said.
Families who live in the complex said they only letter they’ve received from the complex states that they’re sorry for the inconvenience and that they’re aware of the issue and working to fix it.
