Rain chances increase over weekend as next front heads to Central Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. — Central Florida will have higher rain and storm chances over the weekend.

Our area will have a foggy start Friday morning, with a few showers at the coast.

We will see mostly cloudy skies with highs in the mid to upper 70s.

Isolated afternoon showers will be possible in our inland areas, with a higher chance near the beaches.

Rain chances will increase through the weekend as our next front approaches.

Our next best chance to see rain and storms will be Sunday.

The front will be weakening as it arrives and will only bring a slight drop in our temperatures.
