The cold front arrives Friday, when temperatures will plunge to around 40 degrees by Saturday morning. That will also be the case Sunday morning, Waldenberger said.
Though it’ll be cold, Waldenberger said it won’t be as cold as it was Christmas weekend.

Before then, temperatures this week will warm back up to 80 on Thursday, before the cold front arrives.
While we wait, we warm back to 80 Thursday...but then the cold front arrives Friday. The temperatures will then plunge around 40° by Saturday morning, where many of us will wake up in the upper 30s/low 40s. Expect a repeat for Sunday morning.
While cold, it isn’t looking as cold as Christmas.
