Popular chicken restaurant to offer free sliders Tuesday for Drake’s birthday

ORLANDO, Fla. — The California-based restaurant chain Dave’s Hot Chicken said it will offer free sliders Tuesday to celebrate music icon and investor Drake’s 37th birthday.

The chicken restaurant, which started in 2017 in an East Hollywood parking lot, will give customers a free slider each.

Customers must download the Dave’s Hot Chicken app and order it in person to receive the deal.

“He’s our most famous investor,” CEO Bill Phelps said in a news release. “The fact that he wants to give something back to fans by letting everyone try Dave’s Hot Chicken on him -- that says it all.”

Locations will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
