The Winter Garden Police Department were on the lookout for Tierra Nikel Bradshaw and her two children, 10-year-old Alivia Munro and 5-year-old Ashton Munro after they were reported missing Sunday.

The children’s father reported them missing after Bradshaw failed to return them upon their agreed-upon court order.

According to WGPD Bradshaw, she failed to return phone calls to law enforcement and falsified the address provided to the court.

WGPD discovered where Bradshaw was last seen on Michigan Street in Orlando on Monday, Dec. 9, 2024, but was no longer in the Central Florida area.

Working with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation soon revealed that Bradshaw fled the state and was staying with family in South Bend, Indiana.

Bradshaw was later arrested, and the two children were put in temporary custody with the Indiana Department of Child Services until their father can arrive to take them home.
