TITUSVILLE, Fla. — Titusville police are investigating a shooting outside a home Tuesday evening.

Investigators said officers were called to a home on Third Avenue and Maxwell Street just after 1 p.m., after getting reports of a shooting.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man who had been shot.

The man was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was said to be in critical condition.

According to investigators, the gunman fled the scene and has not been found.
