HOLLY HILL, Fla. — Holly Hill police identified a man shot and killed outside of a business Thursday afternoon.
Police say 38-year-old Allen Phillip Fike was shot and killed during a confrontation outside a local business on Walker Street in Holly Hill.

Investigators say Fike may have gone to the business to confront the owner over an ongoing dispute when the shooting occurred.

Police have not said who exactly shot Fike and that the circumstances around the shooting are still under investigation.
According to investigators, they are working closely with the States Attorney Office to determine the facts of the shooting and that no charges have been filed.
