OCOEE, Fla. — Law enforcement is asking for the community’s help to find the person responsible for a Sunday morning homicide in Ocoee.

Ocoee police officers said they were called to a shooting at the Advenir at The Oaks apartment complex.
When they arrived at the scene, officers found a dead man at the back of the apartment complex on Old Winter Garden Road and Blackwood Avenue.

“We were woken up with two or three gunshots,” said a resident who asked to not be identified. “My boyfriend saw two or three people running across the parking lot towards the woods.”
