PALM BAY, Fla. — A 20-year-old Palm Bay man was arrested Tuesday, four days after he recorded two children in a women's restroom at a Walgreens store, the Palm Bay Police Department said.
Jonathan Kelvin Montaque was in the store at South Babcock Street and Port Malabar Boulevard Northeast for about an hour Saturday when he recorded the children, ages 9 and 5, with an iPhone, Palm Bay police Lt. Mike Bandish said.
Before Montaque recorded the children, an employee who was cleaning the restrooms stopped him near the women's restroom and directed him to the men's restroom, Bandish said.
The Palm Bay Police just took the “Peeping Tom” suspect into custody. Jonathan Kelvin Montaque 20 out of Palm Bay, in connection with the December 8 incident that occurred at Walgreens.

Police said the children left the restroom to tell their mother about the incident, and she reported it to an employee.
Montaque left the store once he was confronted, investigators said.
Police said they're unsure if he was trying to film adults or children.
No other details were given.
