PALM BAY, Fla. — "Upon receipt of the allegations, the school immediately reported the incident and placed Woodard on administrative leave," Bandish said. "The investigation revealed that there were no other victims within Woodard's classes."
The victim told police he was in Woodard’s science class about a week ago when Woodard touched him inappropriately in the classroom.
The boy told detectives the teacher’s behavior made him uncomfortable.
Police interviewed several students in the class who told them they saw Woodard rubbing and massaging the victim.

The victim reported the alleged incident to a counselor the same day it happened.The Department of Children and Families and police were contacted.
Investigators said Woodard denied any wrongdoing.The school said counselors have been made available to students, parents and staff members.
Woodard was booked into the Brevard County Jail, where he's being held without bail.
