PickleHall to open pickleball courts in former Pep Boys

A new pickleball concept will take over a former Pep Boys along Semoran Boulevard.

LP Investment Portfolio LLC bought the roughly 20,284-square-foot building at 71 S. Semoran Blvd. for $3.43 million in December. The Orlando-based group plans to completely renovate the building, which sits on 3.98 acres, with six indoor courts and six outdoor covered courts.

The concept will also include food and beverage options for players.
