OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — All southbound lanes of the Florida Turnpike were shut down Monday afternoon after a crash involving a semitruck.
The crash happened just before noon at the toll plaza near mile marker 236, near St. Cloud.
First responders and troopers said the semitruck driver was airlifted to a hospital.

A medical rescue helicopter was seen flying into the area and landing on the highway.
