OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Osceola County officials released more details Friday on an affordable housing grant.

The federal money would be used to build 60 one-room apartments in Buena Ventura Lakes.

Only low-income seniors would be eligible to live there.

The apartments could be ready by the end of next year.
