OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — A multi car crash shut down Florida’s Turnpike northbound on Monday afternoon.

Osceola Fire Rescue responded to a four-car crash at mile marker 236.

All northbound lanes were shut down for a period of time so the Orlando Health Air Care unit was able to land.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, the crash involved 2 cars, an SUV and a Jeep.
The first car got rear-ended and the driver of that car was airlifted to the hospital.

Northbound lanes are back open at this time.
