OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — A man died Monday after he was thrown from his vehicle and run over by other cars along Interstate 4 in Osceola County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
At about 4:30 a.m., troopers reported the man was driving westbound on I-4 when he left the roadway and struck a guardrail.

After the crash, the man’s vehicle overturned into the eastbound inside travel lane and he was ejected into the center eastbound lane, troopers said.

Troopers said they believe that one or more vehicles ran over the driver, possibly without knowing.
They are looking for any witnesses who saw the crash from the westbound side of I-4.

All eastbound lanes on I-4 have reopened. The road was closed for about five hours.
The crash remains under investigation.
