Celebration family honors son’s organ donation with call-to-action tribute

CELEBRATION, Fla. — A Celebration family is honoring their son’s lifesaving organ donation with a memorial tribute encouraging others to register as organ donors.

The Lee family, who owns Celebration Sanitation, wrapped their new service truck with a message encouraging people to sign up as organ, eye and tissue donors when renewing their driver’s license.

After their son, Dylan Rowe, 27, died in October 2021, he was able to save the lives of three people through the donation of two kidneys and his liver.

“I am so thankful for the care teams at AdventHealth Celebration and the support we received from OurLegacy,” Rowe’s mother, Tammy Lee, said. “We felt Dylan was honored in every step of the donation process.”

On Thursday, the family joined the AdventHealth Celebration and OurLegacy clinical teams who helped care for Rowe and his family to dedicate their newest service truck to Rowe and all organ donors.
