Osceola County wants public’s input on county website redesign

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Osceola County officials are asking for the public’s input in the redesign of its website Osceola.org.

According to a news release, the county wants input from the community to make Osceola.org a better online experience for users.

Osceola County has launched a quick and simple survey that will remain open until Feb. 21.

The project hopes to make the website simpler and more user-friendly, making it a more intuitive experience, while improving the accuracy and timeliness of information and content.

County officials want to know what types of information are most important to residents, evaluation of how easy it is to find information and use online services, as well as how the website looks and functions.

The County website was last redesigned more than a decade ago.

According to a news release, the vision behind this project also looks to provide visitors with accurate and timely information, such as updates on important County projects, simple-to-use online services ranging from applying for a permit to adopting a new pet; even reporting an issue to County officials.
