Osceola County deputies to announce new partnerships to help find missing people

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office is set to reveal details Wednesday about a new partnership that will help find missing people.

It’s teaming up with Senior Resource Alliance and Scent Evidence K-9 to enhance its search efforts.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office made a similar partnership last year, giving families in need “Scent Preservation Evidence Kits that can help search dogs find loved ones.

The Osceola County sheriff plans to speak about the partnership at 1:30 p.m.

Channel 9 will have a crew at the news conference and will provide updates on Eyewitness News.
