KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Time is running out for the Osceola clerk of the court to deliver a check to the county, or face serious charges.
Armando Ramirez is scheduled to deliver a $200,000 check to the county Thursday, after his office collected extra fees during the fiscal year.
Some Osceola County commissioners said they are concerned that Ramirez may not have the money after giving out generous raises.
