A deed posted to Orange County records Dec. 29 shows that 1300 N Mills Ave LLC, an entity related to Orlando-based Team Market Group — run by brothers Keith and Romi Mawardi — paid $1.2 million on Dec. 28 for the two parcels at 1300 and 1302 N. Mills Ave.

Why this matters: Real estate transactions in popular commercial corridors can lead to reinvestment and new opportunities. Additionally, Team Market Group is not only an influential player in Orlando’s nightlife scene, but also has a growing real estate portfolio in and around downtown.
