ORLANDO, Fla. — What’s the secret to a better night’s sleep? An upcoming event in Lake Nona promises to teach you.
Organizers said “Sleep for the Soul: Where Dreams Happen” during Lifestyle Medicine Week at Lake Nona will help you get the best sleep of your life.

Kristina Grabnickas, a UCF advanced registered nurse practitioner and certified sleep science coach, will host the interactive event on Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Lake Nona Performance Club.
The event will include guided imagery and meditation, aroma therapy, flameless candles, herbal tea and natural, peaceful sounds.

“You’ll learn how to wind down at the end of the day to fall asleep faster and easier and what foods to eat that will help you sleep better,” organizers said.
