ORLANDO, Fla. — The 7th Annual CommUNITY Rainbow Run is just over one month away and organizers have unveiled this year’s medal design.
The 4.9K run honors the 49 people killed in the Pulse nightclub tragedy, survivors and first responders.

The theme for this year’s run is ‘strength,” which is one of the six words that came out of onePULSE’s 2017 Memorial Survey and represents having strength in numbers.
In addition to the 4.9K run, which begins and ends at Wadeview Park in downtown Orlando, the event also includes a Kids Fun Run around Wadeview Park and a virtual option for runners to join the event from anywhere in the world.

The race is being held on June 3 at 8 a.m.
