ORLANDO, Fla. — Fans of Orlando’s bustling craft brewery scene will soon have something new to sip on.

Four new breweries and a tap room are in the works for Orange County. Take a look.

Gatlin Hall Brewing

Gatlin Hall Brewing, a brewery and food hall, plans to open in May or June at Holden and South Orange avenues in Edgewood.

The family and pet friendly brewery will feature a 4,000-square-foot outdoor beer garden with areas for games and live music.

Tampa native Tyler Rosenberg will serve as its head brewer.

Rosenberg previously brewed at Cigar City Brewing, Coppertail Brewing Co. and Carrollwood Brewing Co.

The brewery’s food hall will include three concepts.

Former Capital Grille and Olive Garden Executive Chef Jim Nuetzi will be behind pizza and burger stalls.

The third food stall will be occupied by Pete Downing’s DaKine Poke.

Eager to try its beer ahead of the opening? Keep your eyes out for its Dreamwalker IPA at local bars, including Wally’s, The Thirsty Topher, Neon Beach and The Gnarly Barley.

Twelve Talons Beerworks

Twelve Talons Beerworks will open on East South Street near Primrose Drive in the Milk District.

The building previously housed South Street Coin Laundry.

Danny Diaz, the brewery’s co-owner, will also serve as its brewer.

He has been brewing at home and professionally for 14 years, the brewery said.

An opening date has not been set yet.

Deadwords Brewing

David Satterfield, a former top attorney at Darden Restaurants, and Luke Pridgeon will open a brewery in early summer near Parramore.

The brewery will open on Orange Blossom Trail near West Central Boulevard in a building previously occupied by Al’s Army Store.

The duo has hired a head brewer from the Pacific Northwest.

Big Storm Brewing Co.

Clearwater’s Big Storm Brewing Co. has opened a brewery and restaurant at the Amway Center in downtown Orlando.

The brewery, which opened in 2012, has other locations in Clearwater, Odessa and Cape Coral.

The Orlando location had a soft opening Friday and will have its grand opening Wednesday.

The brewpub restaurant will be open even when there are not any events happening at the venue.

Bowigens Beer Company

Casselberry’s Bowigens Beer Company will also open a tap room at the new The Marketplace at Avalon Park.

The food hall plans to open in late April.
