ORLANDO, Fla. — Every year a rainbow, usually brought about by a Central Florida summertime rain storm, has appeared above the annual Pulse remembrance ceremony honoring the 49 people killed in the nightclub shooting.
That tradition continued during the five-year remembrance ceremony on Saturday.

Just minutes after WFTV anchor Nancy Alvarez spoke at the event encouraging people to point out a rainbow if they saw one, one was visible.
The Orlando Police Department captured video of the rainbow. Watch below:

Alvarez said she considers the rainbow a sign that the 49 angels lost on that tragic day are watching over us.
