ORLANDO, Fla. — Ever experienced an extra-magical moment at Walt Disney World courtesy of a cast member? There’s now a new way to send a compliment their way.

The theme park said guests are now able to compliment individual cast members on the My Disney Experience mobile app. To find it, users can search “cast compliment” in the app.

Guests can select a positive sentiment from a drop-down menu, and then enter a cast member’s first name, hometown and date of interaction. Once that’s done, the cast member can receive a personalized recognition, along with a notification to their leader.

The option launched on Tuesday. Click here to read more about it.
