Universal Studios unveils early look at 2021 Halloween Horror Nights

ORLANDO, Fla. — Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios was canceled this year, but officials are giving us an early look at what to expect at next season’s event.

Award-winning executive producer Greg Nicotero got a first look at “Puppet Theater: Captive Audience,” one of the houses set for next year’s event.

The house will be based off a terrifying original story created exclusively by Universal Orlando’s Entertainment team, and bring the demented side of puppetry and theater into the spotlight, Universal said in a news release.

Despite Halloween Horror Nights being canceled this year, Universal hosted several Halloween-themed events including two haunted houses, trick-or-treating at Islands of Adventure and more.
