Universal Studios’ Mardi Gras 2021 kicks off this weekend

Universal Studios kicks off Mardi Gras 2021: International Flavors of Carnaval Saturday, and lasts daily through March 28.

The festival will offer guests a first-of-its-kind global food fest, with more than 100 new food and beverage items inspired by Carnaval celebrations from around the world.

The event will extend across the park into select venues at Universal CityWalk and the Universal Orlando hotels.

This year’s menu includes authentic Cajun-style cuisine from New Orleans, Puerto Rican dishes, unique flavors of a German Karneval and more.

The theme park also promises Mardi Gras floats will be on display as well as street entertainment, music, beads and more.
