ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Universal Orlando Resort’s Mardi Gras event celebrates 30 years of Carnaval culture in February and March.

The menu has been updated to include your favorite island cuisines, an eventful parade with colorful floats, and live concerts on select nights for lively entertainment.
Guests can enjoy all the fun as part of regular theme park admission to Universal Studios Florida.

This year’s parade will include six all-new floats dedicated to the Mardi Gras colors, representing the bayou and highlighting the food we all know and love.
Carnaval culture will be on display, with food inspired by Puerto Rico and New Orleans, to name a few. Indulge with guests and stop by kiosks full of sweet, savory and spicy dishes from around the globe.
