ORLANDO, Fla. — UCF Rosen College is partnering with Walt Disney World to help fill hospitality and theme park jobs in Central Florida.
The “Disney Day” recruitment event will be held Feb. 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on campus at the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management.

Officials said Disney is the largest employer of UCF Rosen College students and alumni.
The four-hour recruitment event will take place in the campus courtyard.
There will also be a leadership session for students in the college’s Darden Auditorium focused on career paths including cast members and executive leaders.

Officials said last year, 105 out of 835 Rosen College students who responded to a survey stated they were employed by Walt Disney World.
Rosen College students and alumni serve in many positions at Disney, including vice presidents, hotel managers, theme park cast members and Disney ambassadors.
Information about the Disney College Program and professional internships will also be provided.

“We are extremely excited that one of our most ardent partners in education and careers is devoting a day to engage with our students and alumni,” said Youcheng Wang, dean of UCF Rosen College. “We are honored that Disney is sharing a part of its 18-month magical celebration with us and giving us the opportunity to sprinkle some pixie dust around campus that will allow our Rosen Knights to further their career goals and be a part of The Most Magical Place on Earth and its 50th anniversary celebration.”
