Two people hurt after early morning shooting at parking lot in Orange County, deputies say

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — An investigation is underway in Orange County following an early morning shooting in Orange County.

Deputies said the shooting happened in a parking lot in the 6300 block of West Colonial Drive.

According to a news release, deputies heard the shots fired and made contact with witnesses, who confirmed that shots were fired after two males got into a verbal argument.

Deputies said two adults, one male and one female, were shot during the incident.

The two were transported to the hospital, deputies said.

Deputies have not released the condition of the victims.

No suspect information has been released and deputies said the investigation is in its early stages.
