ORLANDO, Fla. — State officials will have 1,200 COVID-19 shots on hand to vaccinate people in underserved communities.
There are three pop-up events planned in Orlando Wednesday.
They will be located at the Grace Medical Home, Valencia Community College on Paramore Avenue and the Parkwood Plaza Shopping Center.

Each site will have 400 doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
“The problem is 90% of our clients are walk-up clients,” said Karlette Karras. “So, they don’t have transportation to get to these sites and they don’t have internet access to look up these sites.”
