The three generations of women all work together at Orlando Health’s Health Central Hospital in Ocoee.
It all started with Kristen Yager in 2013.
She works as the graduate nurse coordinator and a few years back, a co-worker needed a secretary.
“My mother is an absolute Excel wizard,” Yager said.

But Donna Panzella was skeptical.

It has been great so far – Panzella has been the secretary for surgical services for five and a half years.

Then last month, Sabrina Yager made it three generations at the hospital.
“I basically grew up coming to the hospital,” Sabrina Yager said. “I think it’s just a test to their sense of community.”
So, this Thanksgiving, whether your true family or your work family, this trio wants you to be grateful.
