It will feature the world’s largest marine aquarium, which will contain 6.6 million gallons of water and house 68,000 animals, including sharks, fish, manta rays and sea turtles.

The aquarium will span six distinct, interlinked “realms,” and its focal point will be a 65 foot tall vertical window, the company said.

The development will also include the Yas SeaWorld Research and Rescue Center, the United Arab Emirates’ first marine research, rescue, rehabilitation and release center.
