ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando International Airport came close to reaching a passenger milestone once again.

The airport said Friday that more than 49 million people came through OIA in 2022.
Officials said the airport was short two days-worth of traffic from reaching 50 million people.

The last time OIA broke that record was before the pandemic.

According to a report, international travel has increased by more than 200% since 2021.
