PulteGroup buys another 270 acres in Orlando

A homebuilder bought more land in Orlando to expand an existing development.

Beachline North Residential LLC, an entity tied to Atlanta-based PulteGroup Inc., bought 270 acres in east Orlando in the northwest corner of the intersection of State Roads 528 and 417 for $7.5 million in a deal that closed Dec. 20, according to Orange County records.

The land was owned by Mockingbird Orlando LLC, an entity tied to investor John Brunetti Jr., president of the Hialeah Park Casino in South Florida. Representatives for Brunetti did not respond to a request for comment.
