Body found in retention pond near downtown Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. — Police in Orlando are investigating after a dead body was found Tuesday morning.

Officers said the body was found in a retention pond in the 1100 block of West Pine Street near Westmoreland Drive.

Police said they do not know the circumstances around the death or whether foul play is expected.
