ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and the Orlando City Council will hold a workshop and two public hearings Monday to determinate the millage rate and budget for next year.

Officials said the budget “furthers Mayor Dyer’s continued commitment to create a city where everyone is valued and furthers investments in affordable housing, providing access to jobs and education and strengthening youth programming.”

In the budget workshop, the city will outline its preparations to respond to future economic challenges as the pandemic continues while maintaining and delivering core city services that residents depend on, officials said.
