ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol troopers said they have arrested a man in a deadly Orange County hit-and-run from nearly two years ago.

Investigators said Joe Mputu hit and killed Joshua Sanchez on Colonial Drive near Goldenrod Road, and then left the scene.

The deadly crash happened in March of 2021.

He was taken to the Orange County jail on Wednesday.
