Orlando will extend a free downtown parking program through the end of this year.

The city’s downtown development board is extending Park DTO through Dec. 31. The city restarted the program in 2023 after using it during the pandemic to draw people to restaurants and other businesses downtown.

Users can use the code up to 12 times in the ParkMobile app, which allows for two hours of free parking at any eligible metered and non-metered parking spot. People will be responsible for any further cost of parking beyond that.
